Rachel Janice Kum who is popularly known as Rachel Kum was born on 8th April 1985 in Singapore city Singapore.Her parents are both business man so she started her schooling from a boarding school out skirt of her home city.Rachel Kum is a graduate of the University of Western Australia, where she majored in Finance.Her height is 5' 7'' , weight 52 kg and vital 34 X 25 X 35.

Rachel Kum's cosmetic company collaborated with Derrol Stepenny Promotions to be the main makeup sponsor for Miss Singapore Universe 2010 pageant and is also a supporting sponsor for the annual Singapore Jewellery Show 2010 in Marina Bay Sands held in Singapore in August 2010.
Rachel Kum's company Rachel K Cosmetics invited and sponsored 10 special contestants from Miss Universe 2009 for a promotional event in Singapore where they were the first in Singapore to try the full range of Rachel K Mineral CC Colllection right after a morning of skin rejuvenation and pampering at the Sloane Clinic where they underwent the latest Thermage CPT treatment.
